These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern the relationship between pakr98 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the pakr98 platform available at pakr98.cam.

pakr98 is an online sports betting and live casino platform targeting the Pakistan market and international users. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the pakr98 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The following terms, when used in this Agreement with initial capitals, shall have the meanings set out below:

To register and maintain an Account on pakr98, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Age verification will be required as part of the KYC process.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to verify this before registering.
• You must be acting on your own behalf, as a private individual, and not on behalf of any third party, business or organisation.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the Platform or any related platform for violation of these Terms or any applicable policy.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered or employed as a professional sports bettor in any jurisdiction where such classification creates a restriction on accessing betting platforms.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account on pakr98. The creation of duplicate, multiple or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds or bonuses held within them.

Upon registration, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes, but is not limited to: your legal full name (as it appears on your CNIC or passport), a valid email address, a current phone number, your date of birth, and your residential address. You are responsible for keeping all Account details up to date at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify pakr98 support immediately at [email protected]. pakr98 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

pakr98 reserves the right to request identity and document verification at any stage of the customer relationship. Acceptable identity documents for Pakistani users typically include a valid CNIC (front and back), a current passport, or equivalent government-issued identification. Additional documentation — such as proof of address or a payment method verification — may also be required. You must upload documents only through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. Never share sensitive documents via unsecured messaging, email or SMS.

Deposits must be made using payment methods currently available in the Platform's cashier. Payment methods referenced on the Platform — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are referenced for contextual purposes only. None of the referenced payment providers endorse, support or affiliate with gambling activity. The availability of any specific method is subject to change without notice.

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. pakr98 does not accept deposits from third parties. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds are determined by the operator and may vary by payment method. Users are encouraged to review current limits in the cashier before depositing.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to (a) full KYC verification being completed; (b) any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds being satisfied in full; (c) internal fraud and AML checks being completed satisfactorily; and (d) the selected withdrawal method being verified as belonging to the registered Account holder. Processing times vary by method and are subject to the operator's internal procedures.

pakr98 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified to the Platform's satisfaction may be declined, suspended or referred to compliance review. Illustrative PKR amounts referenced on this Platform are for context only and do not constitute a guaranteed payment threshold.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions and VIP rewards offered by pakr98 are subject to specific terms applicable to each individual offer. General provisions applicable to all bonus offers are set out in this section.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible accounts only. Eligibility criteria — including minimum deposit requirements, applicable games and time limits — are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed in full before any Bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal. The specific Wagering Requirement applicable to any given bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion's terms.
• Bonus Funds may not be used on all game types. Game contribution percentages — for example, slots typically contributing 100% and live casino games contributing a lower percentage — are specified in each offer's terms.
• pakr98 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or expire any bonus at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn before a User has fulfilled applicable Wagering Requirements, the bonus amount and associated winnings may be forfeited.
• Where multiple bonus offers are active simultaneously, the Platform will specify the order in which funds are used. Real-money funds are generally wagered first unless otherwise specified.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting or any strategy designed to exploit promotional mechanics — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in Account suspension.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the Platform's betting rules, which are published within each individual sport or game market. By placing a bet, you accept the odds and terms displayed at the time of placement. pakr98 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or in circumstances where a technical fault has affected the outcome or odds displayed.

Odds are displayed in decimal format. For Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 matches, ICC tournaments and other sports events, the settlement of bets will follow the official result as determined by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match abandonment, void fixture or other exceptional circumstance, bets will be settled in accordance with the Platform's specific sport rules for the market in question.

Live (in-play) betting markets are available on selected events. Odds in live markets are updated in real time. There may be a delay between the visible odds and the actual acceptance of a bet — this is normal and is not a guarantee that the displayed odds will be available when a bet is submitted. The Platform reserves the right to suspend or close live markets at any time without notice.

Casino games, including slots, live dealer tables and instant games, use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or are operated by licensed live-casino game providers. RTP figures are published in individual game information where available. RTP is a long-run statistical average and does not guarantee any outcome in any individual gaming session.

pakr98 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide tools within the Platform to help Users maintain control over their gambling activity. These include deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and self-exclusion options.

This Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. Gambling involves financial risk. You should never gamble with money required for essential living expenses, household bills, rent, school fees or any other financial obligations. Self-exclusion requests take effect as promptly as is reasonably practicable. Once a self-exclusion period is active, it cannot be reversed until the originally agreed exclusion period expires. pakr98 will not knowingly accept bets from, or send promotional communications to, self-excluded Users during an active exclusion period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering under a false identity or the identity of another person.
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• Submitting altered, obscured, falsified or fraudulent identity documents during KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technological tool to interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human use.
• Colluding with other Users to manipulate the outcome of any betting market or casino game.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity designed to circumvent AML controls.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches or faults in the Platform for personal financial gain.
• Abusing bonuses or promotional offers through systematic arbitrage, matched-betting exploitation or any other bad-faith promotional strategy.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff or other Users via any communication channel.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or facilitating third-party deposits or withdrawals on behalf of another User.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the pakr98 brand name, logo, design elements, written content, software code, odds data, game interfaces and graphical assets — is the intellectual property of pakr98 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pakr98, its directors, officers, employees, agents and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to access, the Platform or any of its services.
• Technical failures, system outages, connectivity issues or maintenance downtime, whether planned or unplanned.
• Losses arising from the outcome of any bet, wager or casino game session.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information, odds or content available on the Platform.
• Changes to applicable laws or regulations that affect the availability of the Platform or specific features in your jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited by applicable law. The Platform does not exclude liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by pakr98.

pakr98 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered Users via email or a prominent in-platform notification before the updated Terms take effect. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page.

If you do not agree with an amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute, claim or matter arising from them or the use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's registered jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall restrict the ability of Users to seek remedies available under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of their country of residence.

For Pakistani Users specifically: pakr98 does not represent that these Terms are compliant with Pakistani law or that the Platform operates under any Pakistani regulatory framework. The Platform does not claim authorisation from the Government of Pakistan, PTA, State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial body. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk and in accordance with the laws applicable in your location.
